Pizzaracha is an urban masterpiece of pure flavor. We took the sweet, heat & garlic of 
a Thai sriracha and placed it in a distinctly American setting. Earthy black garlic and savory 
parmesan lock down a rich foundation, while sweet, fire-roasted red bell peppers meet the fruity, comforting warmth of Calabrian chiles. Splashed with red wine, olive oil, and oregano, it gets an
intense, smoky kick from whole black pepper toasted and ground fresh in a coffee grinder. It’s an
electric, complex, unapologetically bold sauce that  matches the unstoppable energy 
and soul of New York city.
